Connecting member hospitals’ leaders with state and federal resources, including elected officials.
Developing and deploying resources that enable member hospitals to pursue proven strategies for sustained success.
Advocating for and prioritizing projects that strengthen local economies.
Promoting the many ways locally driven healthcare benefits communities and our state.
Encouraging local decision-making, especially when it impacts what healthcare services are provided in the community.
Monitoring and reporting legislation and regulations that may impact community hospitals in Alabama.
